David has followed the works of Robert Rich for many years. His approach to sound design seemed a perfect fit for the project’s ephemeral architecture. Robert graciously agreed to provide material from his studio that ultimately became part of Isaura, Maurilia, Olinda, Sophronia, and Zobeide. (Zobeide is actually a track from the spaces between, recorded at the Lucid Art Foundation in 2019: “Painting Sounds Like”)
